It’s getting a tad warmer here in DC (a balmy 48 right now), which means it’s almost scooter weather again! I couldn’t be more thrilled, both because – I admit it – I loathe winter and because poor Scooter Jr. has been living here for the past six weeks:
That’s right, in the middle of my studio apartment. I just couldn’t bring myself to ride in the snow – we didn’t get that much, but it was cold all the same. Once it seems to hold steady above 40 degrees I’ll take Scooter back downstairs, and it’ll be great to reclaim that side of my room – and to have a ride to the supermarket again!
Little scooter looks like fun…..I wouldn’t have the guts to drive it around DC though. I’m sure you’ll enjoy riding around when the cherry blossoms bloom.
